DecoNova expands with new disbuds by Sam Oldham

Sam Oldham, one of the most famous chrysanthemum breeders of England in the field of exceptional disbud chrysanthemums, is retiring after 55 years.

Sam, together with his wife Joan, has won many first prizes at the biggest expositions of England, with his disbuds the size of footballs. He bred his chrysanthemums in three categories; commercial, for expositions and to play around with. At the age of 72 he has decided to put an end to his career and hand over his unique assortment to René van der Kamp of DecoNova.

Sam’s playground is now closed.
